Nigerian Army Training In furtherance of our organization’s dedication to combating sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), we collaborated with the Nigerian Army Women’s Command to deliver a specialized training session. The workshop, focused on addressing sexual violence in military and domestic contexts, provided a platform for 300 women soldiers toacquire critical knowledge and skills. This initiative underscores our commitment to empowering key stakeholders and promoting a culture of zero tolerance for SGBV.

Bricks Point Hotel Training ASVIOL Support Initiative recently conducted a comprehensive training program for the staff of @brickspoint_asokoro, focusing on “Combating Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) in the Hospitality Industry”.This interactive and informative session aimed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to identify, prevent, and respond to incidents of SGBV within their establishments. Project: Express Her Voice: Artivism For Change

Express Her Voice: Artivism For Change As part of our ongoing efforts to address sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), we launched an art competition tagged “Express Her Voice: Artivism for Change”. This project was created during the 16 days of activism in collaboration with the Shehu Musa Yaradua Foundation and was supported by the French Embassy and Ford Foundation. It aimed to demonstrate how art and storytelling can serve as a powerful tool for bringing about change and breaking the culture of shame and silence that often surrounds SGBV. We received multiple applications, and three winners were selected at the end ofthe competition. The top three finalists were awarded cash prizes for their outstanding contributions.
